1. Change of Mind

Carbon Savers does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please ensure you are satisfied with your decision before proceeding with purchase and installation. Our sales representatives will walk you through the product specifications, performance, and suitability for your home to assist with your decision.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product supplied is:

faulty or defective,
unsafe,
significantly different from the description provided, or
unfit for its intended purpose.

If the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the problem is minor, we will repair the product within a reasonable time.

3. Manufacturer Warranty – Emerald Heat Pumps

All Emerald heat pumps installed by Carbon Savers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty covers both parts and labour, which is above industry standard.
No labour call-out fee is charged where a warranty repair is required.
Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period of the product.

4. Making a Claim

To lodge a warranty or ACL claim:

A licensed technician will assess the unit.
If the issue is covered, Carbon Savers will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
